What Others Say...
This co-op building run under the auspices of Northminster Residences of Toronto offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for families, seniors and disabled residents. Subsidies are available to low income applicants and approximately 75 per cent of all units are subsidized.
Residents are encouraged to get involved in the many different activities organized by the administration. Though new activities are constantly being added, the evening exercise classes are particularly popular. A small library in the building is open to all tenants whenever they have a craving for a good book. Many residents are involved in the planting and tending of the Amesbury's attractive gardens.
Designated parking is available.--James Denby
